The ForgeStaithes, Yorkshire

Overview

Tucked away down a quiet farm track just three miles from the higgledy-piggledy seaside village of Staithes, this gorgeous home stay for 4 is so peaceful, with surrounding breath-taking scenery. It’s also ideally situated to explore the dramatic north Yorkshire coastline and North Yorks Moors: a blissfully beautiful and quiet designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Originally a blacksmith forge, this lovely stone-clad retreat is much bigger than it first appears. Step through the front door and you’ll find stunning interior-designed rooms which are warm and welcoming; totally contemporary in design yet wholly in keeping with its heritage and gorgeous original features.

Outside, there’s a lovely enclosed garden, perfect for sunny days, whilst it’s just a short jaunt to lots of fabulous places to eat and drink. Perfect for families or friends, it’s also ideal for couples seeking a little more space in their seaside retreat and benefits from being dog friendly, so your four-legged family member doesn’t have to stay at home. We welcome one large or two small dogs (due to the layout of this property, no exceptions can be made)
