Located on the outskirts of the popular and picturesque market town of Keswick, Greenstone Cottage has been recently refurbished and offers a modern luxury holiday cottage guaranteeing comfort and a prime location in the heart of the lakes. There are two bedrooms ( sleeps up to four people ) and two bathrooms. Pets are welcome too.

Pretty as a picture with landscaped front and rear gardens , Greenstone Cottage combines 2 spacious bedrooms , one with en-suite facilities, the other with use of the house bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and dining room leading directly into the garden (perfect for a spot of alfresco dining). While bright and spacious living spaces are ideal for kicking back in after a day spent exploring and shape the ultimate home from home experience. There is a useful garage for storing bikes or other outdoor equipment . Private parking for two cars, Wifi , contemporary interior design to appeal to discerning guests and complimented with superior soft furnishings and bed linen.

Living Space

The living space is perfect for those who are seeking a little peace and quite. With sumptuous sofas and chairs to relax in. While the flat screen TV with Free Sat box, Blu-ray DVD player and gas stove will keep you toasty and entertained during winter months


Whether you’re a budding cook or a seasoned chef, Greenstone’s kitchen is a dream. Complete with a range of appliances including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, hob and extractor and microwave with combi grill. Plus a washing machine and everything else you might need tucked neatly away, such as cutlery and tableware

Dining Area

The large dining table offers stunning fell views and during warmer months, bi-fold doors and windows can be opened and lead out onto the surrounding garden. There’s additional seating in the conservatory space, too.

Double Bedroom

The master double bedroom is an en suite with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC and features an incredibly comfy double bed that will guarantee an excellent nights sleep

Twin Bedroom

The second bedroom comes complete with twin beds, wardrobe and hairdryer and is a fabulously light space

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom features a bath, enclosed shower, heated towel rail, WC and wash basin.

Greenstone Cottage sits on the edge of Keswick (the perfect location for a year-round holiday in the Lake District). But it won’t take you long to discover the heart of the thriving market town. There’s plenty of things to see and do in the area and a huge variety of independent shops and cafes to ensure the kitchen is well stocked.

Slightly further afield you’ll find Castlerigg Stone Circle and the Northern Lakes, which are perfect for accessing some of the most spectacular walks in the UK.  If you fancy exploring off the beaten track, your four-legged friends can join the adventure, as many of the local pubs and bars are pet-friendly. You need do nothing more than put on your walking boots and head out to explore.
