In the area

The Lake District is a beautiful part of the country and this pet friendly cottage is located right in the heart of the bustling town of Keswick, where you’ll find gorgeous tea rooms, pubs a-plenty and quirky little shops to fulfil any pangs for shopping.

This luxury self-catering bolthole is ideally located to explore perhaps the most atmospheric and dramatically sited of all British stone circles: Castlerigg. While nearby Derwentwater boasts a plethora of tracks and trails to explore by foot and or two wheels.

You’ve plenty of choice when it comes to adventure, too. With neighbouring Skiddaw (the sixth-highest summit in England) often found ‘head in the clouds’ and neighbouring Buttermere and Catbells labelled must-visit areas of outstanding natural beauty.

The Beatrix Potter Attraction brings you face to face with your fondest memories of Peter Rabbit, Jemima Puddleduck and other wonderful and whimsical characters.
