Overview
Formerly a thrashing barn and grain store within the Thirley Cotes Farm estate, Sycamore sleeps 10 on the edge of the North Yorks Moors and Coast and is perfect for large family gatherings or groups of friends.
The cottage offers an upside down layout (bedrooms on the ground floor and living spaces above) and features original wall partitions in the living space and kitchen, as well as vaulted beam ceilings and wooden floors.
This property also offers a private hot tub and an enclosed stone terrace, which is the ideal place for relaxing and re-charging your batteries.
There’s a fully equipped kitchen and two en-suite bedrooms, as well as an additional family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. Air Source pumps provide heating throughout and guests can also enjoy a selection of shared facilities, including an outdoor children’s playground, picnic space and small games room with pool table and family entertainment.
We welcome two dogs of any size and our office is based on-site, so staff will be on hand to greet you and provide help and guidance during your stay. We also offer a complementary arrival pack of milk, bread, biscuits, jam, coffee and wine.

Outside
The enclosed front-facing terrace has been transformed into an extension of the indoor space, with a Teak dining table and seating for 10, Weber BBQ (starter bag of coals included) and large private hot tub, perfect for whiling away an evening under the stars.
In the grounds of the Thirley Cotes Farm estate (just 200 yards from the property) you’ll find a fenced wildlife pond, shared outdoor play area and indoor games room, complete with pool table, table hockey and table tennis. Please note that children must be supervised at all times.

A family holiday for a 75th Birthday celebration. Facilities here were excellent and we appreciated the welcome pack. We would certainly recommend this to other family and friends.

We all had a really nice time for my Grandad's 60th birthday! We enjoyed the hot tub and playing in the park. The cottage is nice and big and close to the seaside. The dogs toffee and Bramble had loads of fun too! Thank you!!
