THE BROCKS AND WARBURTONS FOR AN 80TH BIRTHDAY JAN 2025We enjoyed our holiday and the beautiful scenery. We found the cottage very well equipped, the staff great, the hot tub super especially at dusk or early evening. The Christmas hamper was very nice, especially the fizz.

I was also pleased to see you have put heated towel rails in the en-suite a real bonus. The hot tub was kept clean and we used it every day, we were lucky with the weather too as it stayed dry for us. I have to say you have thought of every thing in the way of the equipment, I even did some baking ! It's our second stay here and hopefully will not be our last, always

CARRIGAN PARTY A thoroughly fantastic stay! The hot tub a big hit with all and the little ones especially enjoyed the games room. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful and the welcome provisions were a particularly nice touch.
LAWTON & HAYWARD FAMILY Well, what can we say. Sycamore Cottage is amazing. We were in hot tub every night and there's lots of great places to visit close by for all ages. To top it off, we enjoyed excellent weather all week. Who needs to go abroad! We will certainly be back.

Our 18th month old was able to explore the space without worry and found lots of places to run around and hide. We very much enjoyed the hot tub and got to visit some great places on the doorstep.

THE DIXON & ROBSON FAMILIES Perfect accommodation for celebrating with the whole family. The kitchen was superbly equipped and extra towels were provided for the hot tub, which is not always considered and very useful. The grounds surrounding the property were perfect for the dogs and although there were no children in our party, I imagine the set up would be perfect. Really, really hope to be back again soon.
THE RAMSEY FAMILY A brilliant week in fantastic accommodation. Scarborough beach, Peasholm Park, Falling Foss and canoeing at Ruswarp were all close by and big hits with the kids. While the hot tub and BBQ were great for us older guests.

THE TILLINGS To celebrate my wife's 70th birthday we booked the Farmhouse, Sycamore and Oak Cottage. Which perfectly housed our family of 10 and 12 close friends. Ages ranged between 78 and 4 months and we all spent a wonderful weekend in this splendid location. We cannot speak highly enough of the quality of all the accommodation and everyone was impressed with the facilities. With most taking advantage of the hot tubs. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and we could not have chosen a better spot. We even had beautiful weather, which made our visit even more fabulous. May congratulations to the owners and team - they couldn't have provided anything more for their guests.
RACHEL AND DAVID HALSTEAD Spent a lovely and relaxing week at Sycamore cottage with all the family (three generations). There's lots of space for the children to let off steam and the hot tub is perfect for the adults to chill. Well-equipped with plenty room for the 9 of us.

Everything was what we imagined and more and we really appreciated the home-from-home feel. Towels for the hot tub were an added bonus, as well as the fully-equipped kitchen and helpful staff.
