Mulberry CottageThirley Cotes Farm, Yorkshire

We are busy working on the development of Mulberry Cottage and do not have any images at the moment , we did not think you’d like to see pictures of our builders ! Rest assured the cottage will be amazing in every aspect and we hope to get imagery on the website towards the end of December 2019.

Mulberry Cottage is a luxurious, unique three bedroomed property that dates back to the 1830’s and was formerly used for housing livestock. It has recently undergone major renovations with great attention to detail provided throughout. Situated in the tranquil location of Harwood Dale, in the heart of the North York Moors National Park and boasting of breathtaking views over Broxa forest, makes this the perfect retreat for couples and families alike. The private hot tub, enclosed garden and stunning large glass fronted conservatory with extensive south facing views are the ideal place to relax and re-charge your batteries after a long day exploring this wonderful coastline. You can also enjoy the four acres of woodland on the estate or do some wildlife watching as we have our own resident Barn Owl. There is also a children’s play area and games room on site, perfect for keeping the little ones or big ones amused. The property is all on one level and would be suitable for people with limited mobility. The whole area is a haven for ramblers and cyclists with numerous pathways and tracks located nearby. We are very dog friendly and look forward to welcoming your pets as we have our own resident labradors, Mia and Murphy. Our ‘Cottage Escapes’ office is on site and staffed by our local friendly staff who are always ready to welcome you and assist in any way during your stay.
