Proudfoots great for all our shopping needs. Recommend The Three Jolly Sailors pub. Fabolous hot food and very welcoming. THE FYANS FAMILY APR 2025We had such a good time at the cottage. It’s beautiful, modernized but not stripped off its history. We felt at home the entire week we stayed here. Everything was thought through by the hosts. The instructions were very helpful and the hosts were able to check us in early which was great. Parking is right across from the entry. The hot tub provided a relaxing end to cool active days. The area is very quiet and beautiful, but also very close to Scarborough, Ravenscar and Whitby where we went to for local attractions and restaurants. Strongly recommend!

We have enjoyed exploring the local area and visiting North Bay beach in Scarborough. Lovely local pubs and plenty of supermarkets to stock up for a BBQ on the patio. Hot tub has been a lovely touch too.

We love it here, the cottage is gorgeous and getting in the hot tub after a day of exploring is just bliss.

GARETH, LOUISE, LUCY & DOM EDMONDS To celebrate my wife's 70th birthday we booked the Farmhouse, Sycamore and Oak Cottage. Which perfectly housed our family of 10 and 12 close friends. Ages ranged between 78 and 4 months and we all spent a wonderful weekend in this splendid location. We cannot speak highly enough of the quality of all the accommodation and everyone was impressed with the facilities. With most taking advantage of the hot tubs. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and we could not have chosen a better spot. We even had beautiful weather, which made our visit even more fabulous. May congratulations to the owners and team - they couldn't have provided anything more for their guests.
